Strategic Working Memory Training Gives You The Mental Power To Revolutionize Your Success Track!

"All improvement of memory consists, then, in the improvement of one’s habitual methods of recording facts." --William James, Philosopher

If you want to be a stronger thinker, a better strategist, a faster problem-solver, a prolific creator, increase your mental dexterity, or reverse and protect yourself from natural cognitive declines as you get older, then STRATEGIC Working Memory Training should be on your daily agenda.

Strategic Working Memory Training (as opposed to common "Passive, Non-Direct" methods) has been credited by numerous scientific research studies over the past few years for contributing directly to better mental performance, superior problem-solving skills, academic and career excellence, and is even being shown to have strong potential for mitigating symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Numerous scientific studies have also demonstrated conclusively that Working Memory Training greatly reduces cognitive declines due to aging, resulting in stonger connectivity among brain cells as well as Neurogenesis, which is the growth of new brain cells, both as a result of strategic, uniquely challenging brain training approaches.

Working Memory is a powerful brain function that acts as a cognitive conveyor belt constantly running at high speed, mentally filtering through the in-flow of information to be effectively targeted, resolved, and dispensed with efficiently. From putting together a grocery list to solving complex equations, facts, figures, and mountains of information (relevant and irrelevant) assault our senses continually. If we were unable to sift through the chaotic streams of data, line up the facts, and then quickly address such issues so we can move on to the next concern, our minds would become cluttered and confused due to a catastrophic logjam.

Working Memory's filtering function acts as a cognitive gatekeeper, rejecting irrelevant information to prevent sensory overwhelm and prevent mistakes. When this faculty becomes weaker with advancing years, people nearing retirement age often have increasing difficulty shutting out useless stimuli from the world around them, affecting cognitive reaction time, short-term memory, mental clarity, mental concentration, and mental focus.

Every day we are obligated to work out challenges and problems that call upon our ability to keep issues clearly organized and prioritized in mind so that we can work out solutions quickly. Certainly, busy Executives, Business Owners, and Business Professionals rely heavily on Working Memory for keeping the day's events in productive order.

In addition to its organizational properties, Working Memory comes with an isolation feature that allows us to focus in on and mentally pull individual information objects from the conveyor belt and bring them into closer view for detailed examination. Thus, Students, Researchers, and Engineers who must deal with heavy loads of rapidly flowing data use Working Memory to excavate the most important details.

Further, Working Memory allows us to HOLD any form of information (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, or Thought-based) on the stage of consciousness awareness in case we need immediate access to use that information. Thanks to this fantastic feature of Working Memory, Inventors, Architects, Writers, Artists, and Entrepreneurs utilize it to craft visionary ideas and, step-by-step, take action to give them physical form.

 Dynamic Mental Focus Training:

The Acquired Skill To Design Your Own Life!

Not only do many people have a difficult time deciding with absolute clarity what they want to be, do, and have in their life, most do not have the mental discipline required in order to pursue their life goals and objectives in a straight line. Unfortunately, too many of us wander back and forth in widely-veering paths that can cost unnecessary expense and time (weeks, months, even YEARS). Too often, this tendency to veer off-course once a goal has finally been decided is so acute that millions literally give up on their deepest desires and settle for whatever comes their way, going to the grave with their song still unsung.

With just the right amount of strategic Mental Fitness Training, any normal human being can develop a power of Mental Focus so strong that making a success at doing what they want, living the way they really want to live, and having the people in their life they really enjoy being around takes on a mathematical certainty.

Mental Focus is your skillful ability to KNOW WHAT YOU WANT with absolute clarity, a knowledge so clear and uncorrupted by competing desires and distractions that it thoroughly brings into congruent alignment your THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS, IMPULSES & URGES, PERCEPTIONS, & ACTIONS. That’s right: If you forge it clearly enough in mind, it will TRANSFORM YOU into the person you need to be in order to make it come about.

Mental Focus is what you use to keep a singularly fixed mindset clearly locked onto the vision, objective, or goal you have set for yourself OVER A LENGTHY PERIOD OF TIME, whether that goal be mental, physical, social, spiritual, material, business, or career-oriented. As a cognitive function it TIES TOGETHER AND UNIFIES EVERYTHING IN YOUR PERCEPTION - IMAGINATION, HABITUAL THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS, AND ACTIONS so that everything you think, feel, and do takes you in a self-straightening line toward the finish.

This unwavering, UNIFIED MINDSET (with all the aspects of your 'inner world' being efficiently aligned and marching to the same tune) moves you forward with increasing momentum along the chain of steps necessary to complete that which you have determined for yourself. Strongly-developed Mental Focus allows you to easily set a clear destination for your immediate, intermediate, and long-term future, giving you the cognitive habits and mental discipline you need to map your entire course including the individual steps necessary to get there. The mental discipline that comes as a result of training your Mental Focus skills makes goal achievement such a natural part of your personality that your objectives - the resources, knowledge, and people you need to help you - seem to move toward you, magnetically.

Dynamic Mental Concentration Training

Mental Concentration is the masterful ability to summon, narrow, direct, and hold your Attention onto any target you wish, for as long as you wish to do so. Period.

Very few people have a highly-developed skill at Mental Concentration, and even most who seem very productive lean mostly on well-established habits that can totally fail them if they are removed from their optimum work scenario. A strongly-skilled Mental Concentration talent can willfully shut down the temptation for diversion any time, any place.

When it comes to completing a task, Mental Concentration is the absolute, conscious, single-minded control of Attention in total defiance of every form of distraction, whether it be from your own busy mind or from other people or anything else in your environment. Mental Concentration gives you the power to not only refuse to be distracted even by your own thoughts and impulses, but can allow you to CONTROL your thoughts and impulses and direct them to maximize your own effectiveness.

Applying it to achieving goals, Mental Concentration is what you do in relation to the smallest individual action steps within a goal, no matter how extensive the goal. With it, you select the next, highest value or priority step (a task, an assignment, and appointment, etc.) along the chain of steps leading to the objective. You then bring together the full might of your Attention and CONCENTRATE that Attention onto the task at hand, rejecting and dismissing any distractions that would interfere with getting it done, remaining with the duty until it is properly completed.

Dynamic Mental Concentration training targets your current mental habits of Attention and brings them under your absolute command and authority, resulting in a major increase in mental control, endurance, and flexibility. These improved skills can easily, profitably be applied to your pursuits in business, career, sports, your spiritual and even social life for extraordinary results.

Let's Discuss Dynamic "Attention Control Training"

Attention Control is absolutely vital for keeping up in the modern world and getting ahead of the overwhelming tidal waves of data, information, and demands of today's Digital Information Age. Any talents and skills you possess can only be fully expressed to the degree that you can rally them, take aim, and maintain a white-hot intensity of concentrated effort to apply what you know and further educate yourself so that you're among the best at what you do. What's more, Attention Control is one of the most important determining factors in whether you can stand out in a competitive world.

Any DEFICIT in your ability to control your Attention every moment you need to can seriously affect your chances for success. The weaker your Attention Control Skills, the more pervasive are negative impacts on your life as you find that it interferes with your productivity, motivation, time management, and your ability to stick to one valuable thing until it is done and done well, especially over the long term.

If you are in a position of responsibility, Attention Deficits lessens your ability to lead, inspire, and capitalize on the resources at your disposal.  Heaven forbid you should possess a healthy work ethic only to have your efforts wasted because you are much too distracted, being pulled in every direction but the one you want to go.  This in turn affects your emotional, financial, and business life just as it can cause strain in your personal and social relationships.

Dynamic Attention Control Training is a "Direct Brain Training Method" of Attention skills development that gives you superior moment-to-moment mastery over the direction, scale, span, intensity, and endurance of your power of Attention, even if you have been assessed as having Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Whether you are looking to improve academic performance, increase professional and business productivity, get a handle on how you manage your time, or simply learn to infuse a motivating sense of interest when dealing with endless, mundane details that have been tedious to you until this point.

Attention is a cognitive function and mental faculty that, like a physical muscle, you have the power to control, direct, and adjust, much the same as a Movie Cameraman controls his valuable tools for beneficial and productive purposes. The greater your investment of time and effort spent strategically developing purposeful control over your faculty of Attention, the richer your reward in terms of success in any endeavor. With proper training, you can realize a significant turnaround in all areas - indeed, as simple as it may appear on the surface, the reality of it is that it can change your life.

Improving Mental Concentration Means Breaking Down Both Real And Imaginary Mental Barriers!

When training your brain to concentrate more effectively, the main obstacle you will immediately encounter one or more forms of mental resistance to the extended effort of holding your attention steady.  Just as your arm would eventually become weary and unable to continue lifting a heavy weight held out in front of your body, your brain burns a major amount of energy when working to maintain a consistent ’signal’ of attention targeted onto a single task.  Your ability to keep your attention fixed on a targeted task may last from as little as a few seconds to a few minutes (varying from person to person), but rarely more than that before it is interrupted by at least one of four very familiar culprits:

  1. Wandering Thoughts - indicating that your mind isn’t relaxed and calm, so thoughts keep rising up or you find yourself engaging in a conversation in your head.
  2. Impulsivity - means your body isn’t relaxed and calm enough to prevent impatient fidgeting and moving around.
  3. Outside Interruptions - when your mind keeps trying to attend to external events such as distracting noises.
  4. Mental Fatigue - happens as your brain simply gets tired from  the intense expenditure of energy, just as your body gets weary when you sprint in a race.

Reaching the limit of your ability to hold your attention onto a single thing is like “hitting a wall” where you can’t go any further and feel the need to rest your brain for a minute before trying again to concentrate.  Getting to that point is actually good for your brain training progress because:

A)  You can biologically sculpt your brain into a healthier state of physical and mental condition by the habit of consistent practice at concentrating on knocking against that wall repeatedly until it comes crumbling down.
B)  When you practice going just a little bit past the limits of that wall, you benefit from increased confidence, mental control, and endurance.  At the same time, you’ll find that your creativity, problem-solving ability, intuition, and other mental talents are more generously available to you.
C)  In the moment you hit the wall, it means you are actually able to control your attention long enough to reach your endurance limit, rather than be distracted by interfering thoughts, impulsiveness, or outside interruptions.  Anytime you hit your wall, congratulate yourself on your level of mental management.

Consistently overcoming mental resistance (’MENTAL RESISTANCE TRAINING’) when learning how to concentrate effectively is key.  Do not become frustrated when you hit your mental wall, but use the fact that you’ve run into it to write down how long it takes you to do so.  Then, give yourself a minute to refresh, and begin again, exerting yourself a bit more as you approach your limit so that you can go just slightly past it, and then note that time.  Continue to use this progressive approach and you shall soon find yourself filled with new confidence in your ability to trust and command your own mind for greater mental control.

BURNING DESIRE AS A MENTAL FOCUS TOOL:
STOKING THE FURNACE OF DESIRE TO GET WHAT YOU WANT

If you've ever had any significant exposure to the worlds of Finance, Business, Sports or related areas, you've probably suffered through sermons delivered by various Ministers from The Church of Achievement, preaching the virtues of DESIRE.  Doubtless the voices have been passionately strained in sincerity and backed by misguided belief assuming that if only they can pound their pulpit strongly enough the noise itself might wake you from your slumbering mental drudgery and lift you up from your easy chair, sending you onto the battlefield of competitive achievement snarling and slobbering and flailing your arms ready for the fight of your life.  Somewhere in those sermons have been calls for you to embrace ideas such as 'zealot' and 'obsessed' and 'consumed'.

Real personal power is never mindless, and a person who is an effective Executive over their own Mind is -  by that same power - in charge of the direction and probabilities that pave their DESTINY.  Anyone who is a zealot, an obsessive, or a consumed human being is not in charge of themselves, but has surrendered and turned over their freedom of Will to mindless desperation, and you can be assured that it is a life of well-disguised suffering.  To see the truth of it, you need only objectively observe such a person.

For Mental Fitness Trainees, there is never a submissive surrender of self-control to an emotional or mental state, therefore, in regards to the state of Desire, any system of training that has your best interest at heart must show you how to take Desire and use it as a TOOL, with you in utmost CONTROL of how it is applied to bring you the success you're looking for.  How then is Desire to be used in a way that helps you achieve your goal while gaining more personal power and self-ownership in the process?

Dynamic Mental Fitness Trainees use Desire as a creative CHISEL!  Keeping in mind that Dynamic Mental Fitness Training is different from other types of 'brain training' (merely solving puzzles and playing entertaining games) and 'mental fitness' (fostering positive emotions and reducing stress) because Dynamic Mental Fitness is based on expanding your mental power - Mental Concentration, Mental Focus, Willpower, and Mental Discipline - in order to experience and enjoy a unique life of uncommon significance.  A major part of that training process involves proactive management of your thoughts, emotions, impulses, and your mental states so that you can direct and apply them all to a higher purpose that you consciously construct.

Desire is your creative emotional chisel utilized by you - Master Craftsman of your own life - to carve non-specific blocks of THOUGHT into SPECIFIC OBJECTS of attainment.  In that respect, you must step back from Desire and look at it as you would any old reliable tool in your garage, and handle it carefully, execute it skillfully, not allowing it to lead you by the nose.   The purpose of Desire is to provide the impetus to formulate a conceptually clear, magnificently attractive, and logically detailed OBJECTIVE; that is, a GOAL supported by a definitive PLAN.  Seldom is that achieved in one sweeping moment of "EUREKA!"  Masters sit Masters sit and think.  Masters sit and think and turn the undefined block of stone around in their thought until the concept begins to take shape.  Masters use Desire to keep chipping away in imagination until the unclear becomes obvious.  When you know how to use it properly, Desire creates Masterpieces in your Mind.   And once the Masterpiece is wrought, you no longer need Desire.  At that point, you call upon your Focus and Willpower.
